Saratoga Apartments, Affordable Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The St Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA) last accepted Affordable Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Saratoga Apartments from February 26, 2024, until March 8, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete print the paper application.

Once the application has been completed, it was to be: mailed to the Disston Place Management Office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
