Garden View Apartments, 1-Bedroom, Affordable Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Key West Housing Authority (KHA) is accepting Affordable Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Garden View from the earliest confirmed open date of January 24, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Garden View Apartments located at 5220 College Road, Stock Island, FL - Offering 1-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list as the following preferences: 

• Living, working, or hired to work in Monroe County.
• Working, elderly or disabled.
• Applicants on any KWHA or MCHA waiting lists as of August 1, 2022.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
