The Key West Housing Authority (KHA) is accepting Senior and Disabled Affordable Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Poinciana Gardens Senior Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 24, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: "Applicants must be at least 55+ of age"

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Poinciana Gardens Senior Living Complex - located at 1664 Dunlap Dr, Key West, FL 33040. Offering 106-unit, 3-tiered senior living community with 29 independent living apartments on the first floor, 31 fully-supported independent living apartments on the second floor.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

There are preferences, and they are listed on the application.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
