The Key West Housing Authority (KHA) is accepting Affordable Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Tropical Isle Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 24, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Tropical Isle Apartments - located at 260 41st Street, Marathon, FL. Offering 1-4 Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list as the following preferences: 

• Living, working, or hired to work in Monroe County.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
