Garden Place Apartments , 1-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The McHenry County Housing Authority (MCHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Garden Place Apartments until the earliest confirmed date of January 30, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was mailed to McHenry County Housing Authority.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants that live, work, or are hired to work in McHenry County (residency preference). 

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
