Berkshire Johnsburg, Near Elderly Project-Based Waiting List

The McHenry County Housing Authority (MCHA) last accepted Near Elderly waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Berkshire Johnsburg since at least February, 2021, until August 1, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants living, working, or hired to work in McHenry County, applicants referred to the landlord through the Statewide Referral Network (SRN), individual and applicant families that contain a veteran, or individual and applicant families that contain a person that is homeless and working with a McHenry County Continuum of Care homeless provider. 

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
