Connie Griffith Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority (LHA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Connie Griffith Apartments from January 13, 2020 at 12:00 am, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Connie Griffith Apartments- Elderly (62 years of age or older), located at 650 Tower Plaza, Lexington, Kentucky 40508.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Currently the household is NOT receiving any subsidized or assisted housing rent.
• Head of household is a U.S. veteran.
• Head of household currently has a permanent physical resident in Kentucky.
• Elderly or Disabled.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
