Centre Meadows Apartments, 2-Bedroom, Self-Sufficiency Program Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments at the Centre Meadows Apartments from August 14, 2023, until January 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the LHA, "Applicants for Centre Meadows must meet requirements of the Self-Sufficiency program. The head-of-household or spouse/co-head-of-household must demonstrate he/she has been working for at least 20 hours per week. The work requirement is demonstrated by verification of continuous (uninterrupted) employment over the 3 months prior to the eligibility certification or signing a lease for a Self-Sufficiency site. Elderly and disabled persons are exempt from the work requirement for these units."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
