Ballard Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority (LHA) is accepting Senior Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Ballard Apartments from June 1, 2020 at 9:00 am, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Ballard Apartments - Elderly (62 years of age and older), located at 650 Tower Plaza, Lexington, Kentucky 40508.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Currently the household is NOT receiving any subsidized or assisted housing rent
• Head of household is a U.S. veteran.
• Head of household currently has a permanent physical resident in Kentucky.
• Elderly or Disabled.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
