Thornton Heights Commons Apartments, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The South Portland Housing Authority (SPHA) last accepted Senior or Disabled Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistance waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments for Thornton Heights Commons Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 4, 2024, until the earliest confirmed March 27, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Thornton Heights Commons

Please note: According to the SPHA "55 yrs. and older, Handicapped, Disabled, Families, One person households."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be: Returned to the SPHA office.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Residency (live or work in South Portland)

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
