Eastern Townhomes Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Eastern Townhomes is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August 2020, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the online paper application available here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the Clay County HRA, 116 Center Avenue, P.O.Box 99, Dilworth, MN 56529.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
