4-Bedroom Duplex Clay County Affordable Housing, LLC Project-Based Waiting List

The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) Clay County Affordable Housing, LLC waiting list for 4-Bedroom Duplexes is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least April, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: According to the CCHRA, applicants are required to:

• "Have a good rental history over the most recent 36 month period
• Meet criminal background screening requirements
• Earn 80% or less of area median income per year (For example, for a family of 4 the 80% income limit is $66,300 in 2019)."

To apply during the opening period, contact the CCHRA to complete an application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
