Boyer Apartments Project-Based Waiting List

The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Boyer Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least June, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, call the CCHRA at (218) 233-8883 to discuss eligibility and request an application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

•  Individuals and families with a member diagnosed with a serious mental illness and who is in compliance with a treatment plan

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
