Franklin Villa Apartments Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC) is accepting waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Franklin Villa Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of May 23, 2024, until further notice. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in May, 2024.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Franklin Villa Apartments,  located at 188 Franklin Street, Northvale, NJ 07647

Please note: "To be eligible, the head of household must be 55 years of age or older with an annual gross income which cannot exceed the following income limits: 1 Person - $45,350 and 2 Persons - $51,800"

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live, work, train or attend school in Bergen County, NJ.

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
