Lehmann Gardens Disabled Disabled Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC) is accepting Disabled Project-Based Rental Assistance waiting list applications at Lehmann Gardens Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of May 23, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: This garden apartment complex is specifically designed for people who use wheelchairs.

Preferences

The waiting list has the following preferences: Live, work or training in Park Ridge; wheelchair users; elderly; non-elderly disabled.

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
