Brookside Gardens, 2-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Brookside Garden Apartments from May 13, 2024, until May 17, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Brookside Gardens

Please note: "To be eligible to apply, at least one household member/applicant must be 62 years of age or older with an annual gross income which cannot exceed the following income limits: 2 Persons - $51,800 and 3 Persons - $58,300 and 4 Persons - $64,750"

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Live, work, train or attend school in Bergen County, NJ.

50 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
