The Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC) Senior waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Saddle River Senior Residence is closed.

The HABC last accepted applications for this waiting list from December 19, 2022, until December 22, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $42,850
• 2 Persons $49,000

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants who work, live, train, or attend school in Bergen County.

125 applicants were placed on this waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
