Crestview Terrace, 4 and 5-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACS) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 4 and 5-bedroom apartments at Crestview Terrace Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February 1, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Crestview Terrace - located at 575 E. Baseline, Street, San Bernardino, CA 92410.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $52,200 | 5 Persons $80,550
• 2 Persons $59,650 | 6 Persons $86,500
• 3 Persons $67,100 | 7 Person $92,450
• 4 Persons $74,550 | 8 Persons $98,450

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
