Colton and Maplewood Homes, 5-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACS) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 5-bedroom apartments at Colton and Maplewood Homes Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February 1, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Colton - located at 772 Pine St., Colton, CA 92324.
• Maplewood Homes - located at 1738 West 9th Street, San Bernardino, CA 92411.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $52,200 | 5 Persons $80,550
• 2 Persons $59,650 | 6 Persons $86,500
• 3 Persons $67,100 | 7 Person $92,450
• 4 Persons $74,550 | 8 Persons $98,450

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
