Chino and Colton Apartments, 5-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACS) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 5-bedroom apartments at Chino and Colton apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of July 25, 2023, until the earliest confirmed closed date of February 1, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $52,200 | 5 Persons $80,550
• 2 Persons $59,650 | 6 Persons $86,500
• 3 Persons $67,100 | 7 Person $92,450
• 4 Persons $74,550 | 8 Persons $98,450

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
