Morreene Road and Damar Court Apartments, Project-Based Rental Assistance Project-Based Waiting List

The Durham Housing Authority (DHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance waiting list applications for Morreene Road and Damar Court Apartments from January 19, 2024, until further notice. 

Please note: This waiting list will only be accepted on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm ET.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Morreene Road - located at 3412 Glasson Street, Durham, North Carolina, 27705.
• Damar Court - located at 1028 Sherwood Drive, Durham, North Carolina, 27705.  

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the application in person at the Morreene Road Office, located at 3412 Glasson St, Durham, NC 27705. Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm ET.
