JJ Henderson Apartments, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Durham Housing Authority (DHA) is accepting Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for JJ Henderson Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February 19, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: Must be 62 years of age or older or a household with a disability to qualify.
