The Durham Housing Authority (DHA) is accepting Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for The Joyce Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April 5, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: Must be 62 years of age or older.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• The Joyce - located on Duke Street, Durham, NC 27701.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
