Ormond Beach Villas Apartments, 2 and 3-Bedroom, Veterans Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City Oxnard (OHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at the Ormond Beach Villas apartments from September 20, 2023, until October 5, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the OHA public notice "In order to apply, at least 1 household member must have Veteran status."

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Ormond Beach Villas. Offering 2 and 3-bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not  been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
