Casa Aliento Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City Oxnard (OHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Casa Aliento Apartments from February 19, 2024, until March 7, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the OHA public notice "Eligibility for the program is limited to individuals and families who meet the 30% area median income limit (Area Medium Income Level: (Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura CA MSA) Persons in Family FY2023 Income Limit : 1 Person - $27,900 ) and who meet the definition of “homeless” as defined under Section 103 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.
