Central Terrace Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City Oxnard (OHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Central Terrace Apartments from February 12, 2024, until February 29, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the OHA public notice "Eligibility for the program is limited to individuals and families who meet the 30% area median income limit (Area Medium Income Level: (Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura CA MSA) Persons in Family FY2023 Income Limit : 1 Person - $27,900 | 2 Persons - $31,900) and who meet the definition of “homeless” as defined under Section 103 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
