Scattered Site Affordable Homes Project-Based Waiting List

The Fargo Housing Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Scattered Site Homes is currently open.

The Fargo Housing is accepting applications for this waiting list from June, 2020, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list may have any of the following preferences:

• Require wheelchair accessibility
• Working family (Scattered site only)
• Those residing in Cass or Clay County at the time of application
• Head of Household has custody of minor children (under 18 years old) that reside in the household
• Head of Household is disabled (physically, mentally or emotionally)
• Head of Household is near elderly, 62 years of age or older
• Household member is eligible for U.S. Veteran status

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
