Elliott Place Senior Housing Senior Waiting List

The Fargo Housing Senior Housing (55+) waiting list for apartments at Elliot Place is currently open. Applications are being accepted as of February, 2022, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list may have any of the following preferences:

•  Elderly (62 years or older. Head or Co-Head only.)
• Household member eligible for Veteran status
• Working family (Scattered Site Homes)
• Require wheelchair accessibility
• Household member is disabled
• Minors
• Local residency at time of application

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
