Pioneer Manor and New Horizons Accessible Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Fargo Housing Accessible Housing waiting list for apartments at Pioneer Manor and New Horizons is closed. Applications were being accepted since at least June, 2020, until, the earliest confirmed date of May, 2020.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list may have had any of the following preferences:

• Elderly (62 years or older. Head or Co-Head only.)
• Household member eligible for Veteran status
• Working family (Scattered Site Homes)
• Require wheelchair accessibility
• Household member is disabled
• Minors
• Local residency at time of application

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
