Parkman Landing, Near Elderly Tax Credit Affordable Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority (TMHA) is accepting Near Elderly Tax Credit Affordable Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Parkman Landing from the earliest confirmed date of December 18, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list is for applicants who are 55 years of age and older.

This waiting list is for the following properties and bedroom sizes:

• Parkman Landing: 1 and 2 bedroom units.

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Victim of a federally declared disaster.
• Veteran
• Working 
• Currently residing in homeless shelter.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
