Eagle Creek and Girard Manor​​​​​​​, Tax Credit Affordable Housing Senior Waiting List

The Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority (TMHA) is accepting Elderly Tax Credit Affordable Housing waiting list applications for 1-bedroom apartments at Eagle Creek and Girard Manor from the earliest confirmed date of December 18, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties and bedroom sizes:

• Eagle Creek: 1-bedroom units
• Girard Manor: 1-bedroom units

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Victim of a federally declared disaster.
• Veteran
• Working 
• Currently residing in homeless shelter.
• 62+ 

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
