Shreve Manor Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) is accepting waiting list applications for Shreve Manor apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of October 18, 2023, until further notice. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in March, 2023.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Shreve Manor located at 208 E. South St. Shreve, Ohio. Offering 1 and 2-bedroom units for elderly or disabled persons.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the application at the WMHA main office, located at 345 N Market St, Wooster, OH 44691, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $50,350 | 3 Persons $63,200
• 2 Persons $56,800 | 4 Persons $69,600

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
