Secrest Village Apartments Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) is accepting Elderly and Disabled waiting list applications for Secrest Village apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of October 18, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Secrest Village is located at 3666 Secrest Rd. Wooster, Ohio 44691. Offering 1-bedroom and efficiency units.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the application at the WMHA main office, located at 345 N Market St, Wooster, OH 44691, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
