Cook Crossing Apartments, Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

Housing Works last accepted Near Elderly Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Cook Crossing Apartments from February 5, 2024, until February 14, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was to be either:

1. Dropped off in person at the drop box at the front of the Housing Works building.
2. Faxed to Housing Works.
3. Emailed to Housing Works.

This waiting list had the following preferences: 

• Applicants that reside in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson Counties or whose household includes a family member who works, or has been notified that they are hired to work, in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson Counties.
• Currently receiving services from the Department of f Human Services Senior and Disabled Services age 55 or older with a disability.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
