The Greenville Housing Authority (GHA) last accepted waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Charleston Place Apartments from September 13, 2023, until the earliest confirmed close date of February 6, 2024. There is n notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Charleston Place - an elderly 62+ community, offering 1-bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
