Mariposa Commons, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Fresno Housing Authority (FHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Mariposa Commons apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of March 29, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Mariposa Commons - located at 1011 West Atchison Ave, Fresno, CA

Please note: According to the FHA notice "One member in the household must be an agricultural worker. Agricultural worker means an individual who receives, or prior to retirement or disability, receives a substantial portion of his/her income from agricultural employment"

There are three ways to apply while the waiting list is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call (559) 457-4167 to request an application.
3. Pick up an application at the Mariposa Commons leasing office at 1011 W. Atchison Avenue, Fresno, CA.

One the paper application is completed, it must be:

1. Hand delivered to the Mariposa Commons leasing office, address mentioned above. 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
