Multiple Properties Project-Based Waiting List

The Fresno Housing Authority (FHA) last accepted Affordable Housing waiting list applications for Multiple Properties from May 23, 2024 , until June 6, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Cedar Courts (Hamilton and Cedar) and Inyo Terrace 
• Garland Gardens 
• Legacy Commons
• Pacific Gardens
• Viking Village
• Yosemite Village 

Preferences

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
