Esperanza Commons, 1 and 4-Bedroom Project-Based Waiting List

The Fresno Housing Authority (FHA) is accepting Farm Labor Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Mariposa Commons apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April 19, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Esperanza Commons - located at 241 Tuft Street, Mendota, CA.

Please note: According to the FHA notice "Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident. Applicants MUST have farm labor income of $5,752.50."

To apply while the waitlist is open: pick up an application at the Rios Terrace leasing office at 191 Tuft St., Mendota, CA93640

Once the paper application is completed, it must be:

1. Hand delivered to the Rios Terrace leasing office, address mentioned above. 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
