Pathways at Georgian Manor and Pathways at Coronado Hills Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) waiting list for 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Pathways at Georgian Manor, and 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Pathways at Coronado Hills is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from September 4, 2020, until September 18, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
