Pathways at Thurmond Heights, 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Of the City of Austin (HACA) will accept Project Based Rental Assistance waiting list applications for 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments at Thurmond Heights Apartments from September 18, 2023 until September 20, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Elderly
• Disabled
• Involuntary Displacement

Selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
