Pathways at Booker T. Washington and Pathways at North Loop Apartments, Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) last accepted Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) waiting list applications for apartments at Pathways at Booker T. Washington and Pathways at North Loop Apartments from July 18, 2023, until July 20, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

The following bedroom sizes were open for each community:

• Pathways at Booker T. Washington Apartments – one, two, three, four and five-bedrooms
• Pathways at Northloop Apartments – one, two-bedrooms

To apply while the wait list was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Elderly (62 and older)
• Disabled
• Displaced by natural disaster or government action

Selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
