Half Moon Village, 2-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo (HACSM) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2-bedroom apartments at Half Moon Village from the earliest confirmed date of February 2, 2024, until the maximum number of applications have been received.

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• San Mateo County residents.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
