Anne Wilder Richards Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Brattleboro Housing Authority (BHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications at Anne Wilder Richards apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February, 2021, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live, work or have notice to work in: Brattleboro, Vernon, Guilford, Halifax, Marlboro, Newfane, Brookline, Putney, or Dummerston, VT.
• Disabled
• Formally Homeless and currently living in a permanent supported housing program or rapid rehousing project (shelter plus care, transitions to housing, family supported housing, youth transitional housing).

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
