Red Clover Commons Senior/ Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Brattleboro Housing Authority (BHA) is accepting Senior and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications at Red Clover Commons apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February, 2021 until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the Vermont State Housing Authority, 1 Prospect Street, Montpelier, VT 05602.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
