Upper Story Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Brattleboro Housing Authority (BHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Upper Story Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February, 2021 until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live, work or have notice to work in: Brattleboro, Vernon, Guilford, Halifax, Marlboro, Newfane, Brookline, Putney, or Dummerston, VT.
• Disabled
• Formally Homeless and currently living in a permanent supported housing program or rapid rehousing project (shelter plus care, transitions to housing, family supported housing, youth transitional housing).

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
