Hamilton Place I and Hamilton Place II Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA) waiting list for 2-Bedroom Project-Based Voucher apartments at Hamilton Place I and Hamilton Place II is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 29, 2020, until January 30, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• PRHA HCV participants terminated due to insufficient funding, veterans, applicants involuntarily displaced by government action in Portsmouth, applicants living, working, graduate or participant of education or training program in the City of Portsmouth, elderly and/or disabled families and homelessness.

150 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
