The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom Low-Income Housing Tax Credit/Project Based Voucher apartments at Retreat at Harbor Point is currently closed. Applications were last accepted for one day only, on April 29, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits per each household size were listed on the application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
