Diggs Town Phase l, 3 and 4-Bedroom, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program waiting list applications for Diggs Town Phase l Apartments from June 27, 2024, until July 29, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Diggs Town Phase 1

Requirements for Residency: The head of household and all household members 18 years or older (with the exception of full-time students) must be employed a minimum of 15 hours per week for a minimum of six months unless elderly or disabled or the primary caretaker of a blind person or a disabled person as defined by the Social Security Act. 

Income Qualification

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selection Process

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
