North Wellington Townhomes, RAD Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) last accepted Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list applications for 4-Bedroom apartments at North Wellington Apartments from May 20, 2024, until June 19, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• North Wellington 

Please note: According to the NRHA "Requirements for Residency: The head of household and all household members 18 years or more (with the exception of full-time students) must be employed a minimum of 15 hours per week for a minimum of six months unless elderly or disabled or the primary caretaker of a blind person or a disabled person as defined by the Social Security Act."
