Church Street Station Limited Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Church Street Station is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 28, 2021 until February 23, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the NRHA public notice "the Church Street Station waitlist will open for applications from homeless individuals. Those residing with family members or friends will not be considered homeless." A NRHA representative stated that this waitlist is also for the "elderly and disabled."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
